As I read the summary, the proposal would cover unions too. They need to define disclosure.

They need to define “prominent disclosure.” It’s useless if the text is too small to read with a magnifying glass and is displayed for a nanosecond, or if a voice disclosure on a radio or TV ad is read at a zillion words per second.
