He had no easy task; Richmond plays its politics like cities much larger than itself.

George was a great guy, easy to talk to, and easily becoming your friend. And his family was there for him as he was there for them.

I salute and honor George Livingston, the real “bridge” guy in Richmond.

Mayor Livingston truly held the office of Mayor, during and after this term.

A nice resolution would have sufficed.
