Actually learned something from Lisa&#039;s comments -- i.e., that the city and county can collect the $27 million from Chevron immediately rather than waiting for the outcome of any appeals or negotiations.  I should have known that from the first day of last week&#039;s Supreme Court arguments on the Affordable Care Act and whether the court could even review the law now due to the 1867 anti-injunction act.  But, as Elwood noted on another post, the city and county would be wise not to spend the money just yet.]]></description>
