Alright, I posted this once and it timed out. Technology sucks. So, I'll be shorter this time and hope that my haste will bring me some much needed victories.

(5) YV over Liberty
This week, Liberty doesn't get to hit the Video Poker in the local supermarket after the game like they did last week in Carson City. That said, if you look at YV's season and do what any good handicapper does by
putting a line through the CV game, you get these guys winning again tonight.

(4) Las Lomas over Miramonte
The Knights have been uber solid over the last couple years. That said, the Mats have karma on their side after donating money to Richmond to help get their equipment back. But, I think karma goes only so far and the
Knights take it home tonight.

(3) Alameda over El Cerrito
Last year, Alameda was able to rely on Jeff Murphy and the air attack to defeat the Gauchos. This year, Murphy is injured and the pass game may be a bit sporadic. But, the Alameda coaching staff is good at making
adjustments and the Gauchos are on the imate short week this week. The Hornets Nest will be buzzing this week.

(2) Foothill over California
Yes, I went down in the blaze of glory that was three of us picking Cal last week at MV. Not this week. Foothill's D is the difference here.

(1) DLS over Mission Viejo
I vowed never to pick against the Spartans and this week certainly makes me think twice about that vow. But, MV didn't come into Concord and dominate last year and the Spartans are better this year. I can't call
this a huge upset, or can I?

Swing Game: Berean Christian over CSD
Berean needs a few wins to build some momentum before their big matchup with Salesian in two weeks. That said, CSD is not going to be a pushover because they proved last week that they can hit the occasional big play. That kind of unpredictability will keep them in this game tonight at Acalanes. But, the Eagles will prevail ultimately.
