A little trickery sparks the DLS offense as Hendershott picks up 16 yards on a reverse. But on the following play, that spark quickly fades as lineman Tyler Hess goes down favoring left knee. Hess saw limited playing time against Foothill last week because of the same knee, and was wearing a brace on it tonight. Just as the DLS offense looks like its starting to click, it loses seven yards on a bad option pitch from MacGillivray to Maupin.
