- De La Salle grad Kevin Lopina will platoon at quarterback for Washington State this week against Baylor. link
- Salesian’s Jahvid Best (Cal) was named the Pac-10 Player of the Week after running for 200 yards and 3 Tds on just 14 carries against hapless Wazzu. link
- Another De La Salle QB, Matt Gutierrez, has resigned with New England after the Patriots lost Tom Brady for the season. link

Kyle, you need to have the criminal blog as well for local athletes away at school… you know, like those in bar fights in small towns in Montana…..

Yes that comment is necessary. We need these kids to be good on the field as well as off.
Also, BTW Frank “The Tank” Summers rushed for 104 yards in UNLV’s win over ISU last weekend. That is 2 staight 100 yard games for “The Tank” against BCS automatic bid schools, ASU and ISU.
