The Kyle Reed phenomenom at San Jose State continues as he was named this week’s WAC Offensive Player of the Week. The McClymonds graduate and transfer from Cal completed 20-of-25 passes for 178 yards and scored three rushing touchdowns in San Jose State’s 35-10 win over San Diego State.
UPDATE: One thing I should’ve mentioned here is that another former OAL star, Skyline grad Yonus Davis, also had a big week for SJSU. He rushed for 143 yards and a TD on 18 carries, his first 100-yard game since Nov. 4, 2006 (He missed all but two plays of last season due to injury. Ironically, I was in attendance for both of his carries — at Arizona State and home against Idaho).

Kyle,
Can we get some love for Frank “The Tank” Summers? If you want I will post his stats. He is lighting it up out here in the desert for the 3-1 UNLV Rebels.

Vegas Bill, You are officially now responsible for reporting back to us each week on the play of “The Tank.”
Give us your best Mel Kiper Jr. analysis of his play so far!
