Good luck to both MC and Encinal tonite. Good luck to Novato and Miramonte tomorrow. Regardless of the trash talk, the game will be played on the field. Regardless of the poor sportsmanship and bad calls, the outcome will be determined on the field. This has been a great season for everyone involved and just remember, whether you believe or not, karma is a b*%&ch and it will rear its ugly head when it is least expected. This issue was long dead as of last week. Quit taking shrooms and join the up to date conversation. We have conceded defeat to a good team. I for one had to say that after the JFK – Encincal game that I became a Jets fan. Ask anyone on here, Jets got props from me just like I said they would get if we got beat. You Kennedy people need to just stop, YOU LOST! Just be happy you made it that far. Wait another 40+ years and try to win the 2nd round.

One thing I will say some of you are pretty creative, blaming the halftime announcer, the field, refs and now the National Anthem. What’s next?

Were the Encinal fans wearing bright colored clothing? That distracted the Titans from looking down field. Could explain why the RB’s would run to the sidelines. Well at least that sounds better than they just didn’t want to get hit…

The old guy’s got a point frenzy. Like it or not, bad officiating happens. As a defensive tackle I was taught techniques to get an offensive lineman off of me, not to get a referee’s attention. We were always taught to play against the team, the crowd, and the officials. Not saying it’s right, just saying it’s how it is.

One last thing. Encinal has tasted defeat before in the semi’s last year and this is the reason these guys are driven. Win or lose these guys will not quit until the last second is run off the clock. Keep in mind that most of the people (including me) are fans on this blog And don’t play. Stop hating on the Kids and let them have their fun. We’ve been on the losing end so what is wrong with them enjoying it now. With respect to the other teams of Course. I hated to see Kennedy Lose like that but it will make them stronger next year but someone wins and someone loses and as i said above,Encinal was the better team last week. As for Tonite,I feel Victory will be ours.

hsfootballfrezy,Holding is grabing and pulling or the hands and arms encircling the body. I will say it might happen a few times but not the way you say. All Honest Offensive linemen will admit to it from time to time as it is the nature of the game. The Line just blocked well and they also have a very mobile QB. Also I don’t believe that showing a respectful spirited response to the National Anthem is disrespectful at all and i am a Former Service member. Encinal was just the better football team that day. The score reflects that so please stop with the sourpuss moaning. One last thing,Cut blocking is just that. Cut blocking is permiting at all levels of football last time i checked. Jet Speed comes from Jet Power.
