We’ll have you covered tomorrow with action from the NorCal championship games at Arco Arena and Folsom High. If we’re convinced (and convincing can be done in the way of commenting here tonight), you might get one of us up at Arco by 10 a.m. to provide a live account of Monte Vista vs. Kennedy-Sacramento. At the least, the blogging will be underway by the 2 p.m. game between Carondelet and Oak Ridge. So if you can make the trip to the Sacramento area, be sure to spend your day here at Prep Corner.

Please cover the Monte Vista High vs. Kennedy game. For one, perhaps this game promises to produce a tournament winner. For two, the schedule put these gals at this improbable hour. These two teams are as much a part of the whole competitive dynamic as Carondelet and Oak Ridge. MV and Kennedy deserve an audience, an invested audience, and there are a whole bunch of people that cannot make it up to SACTO in time to see these two teams play. The second best thing would be to picture what’s unfolding through your words. I hope you decide to be there for us. Besides, your commentary about games later in the day may be more interesting because it will draw from your observations during this first game. Thanks,

Okay fellas, unfortunate events have occured and I have a job that causes me to work tommoroww night I need detail of my boys game! Coffee, Red Bull, Rockstar whatever it takes I need you sharp!!!!

Susan, that’s the kind of convincing I was looking for. It’s certainly my plan to wake up in time to make the two or so hour haul from Fremont to Sacto. Let’s just hope I don’t hit the snooze button when the alarm goes off!
Also, E_CULB, we’ll definitely have you covered for that game.

Kyle please call Jimmy early in the morning and wake him up so we can check out games all day. Who else is making the trip to Sacto tomorrow or is it Jimmy sunup to sundown (which is fine with me)

Does anyone know where I can get a rooster on short notice? I want to loan it to Jimmy so he gets up in time to get to Sacto by 10am so the opening game can be covered.

Bikerider’s rooster worked. I’m awake and should be at Arco in time for the first game.

Also Junkie, not sure yet who all will be joining me on the blog from Arco. Kyle and Mike are a little under the weather and officially on the injury report as “questionable.” Matt Smith and Chace Bryson will definitely be joining in from Folsom High though.
