Pica takes third at nationals

Concord High wrestler Nick Pica came home with some hardware from the NHSCA Senior Nationals in Virginia Beach, VA this past weekend. He beat Joey Grisko from New Jersey 4-3 in the third-place match.
Also of note was the performance of Team California. It won the team competition, scoring 186.5 points to beat second-place New York, which had 177.5. Team California had 16 senior All-Americans, the second-most ever by a team from CA.
