Saw Foothill-Amador the other night. Foothill is pretty banged up (six players out) and still pushed Amador with basically the Foothill JV team on the field. Can’t figure out Amador at all — win in San Diego, come home, beat De La Salle on the road, then lose to Monte Vista and struggle against a Foothill team which is a shell of it’s early season self. Throw a dart at the top three teams and there’s your NCS champ…whoever shows up to play wins this… Acalanes was out scouting the AV-Foot game, but I don’t think they could get much as both teams were average at best.
