Gotta give serious props to the Arcata boys team. They travelled 400 miles south to hold off a very good Palma team. Now the ‘Travelling Wilburys’ head south 6 1/2 hrs to take on the Modesto Christian boys. Should be a great matchup Thurs nite

I don’t know how these kids do this on a school night. I guess it’s good practice for college.

Anybody picking Castlemont for a win vs. Newark Memorial?
March 11th, 2010 at 7:54 am
i was just thinking that should be a pretty good game seeing as Castlemont is hot right now and Newark is hungry after the loss to De La. I have seen Newark play and can speak on alot of the players, but I can’t really say for Castlemont. They did beat Turlock pretty good, but again, don’t know too much about Turlock. Castlemont might be able to pull out the win, but I’m gonna go with Newark.

Newark’s still the favorite, but Castlemont’s a VERY dangerous team and that’s going to be a great game tonight. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if Castlemont pulled off the win.

I have Castlemont winning by 5 in OT they are big in long 1 thro 5 hard to score on.
Coaching is my life not a hobby !!!

Salesian, St Patrick / Vincent, and St Mary’s-Albany all won tonight (and St Joseph boys too?) and are in the Div IV Nor Cal semis. Man, what a league!!
