The coaches tend to do weird things when it comes to MVP and All league, wouldn’t be surprised to see weird things like always.

#11 Ben Danielson, California High School, EBAL MVP without a doubt. Class act on and off the field.

GlobalSoccer, I think on CAL, Danielson is the MVP. Rivas has taken the attention and Fagenson and Danielson have had the advantage of defenses focusing on the middle of the field.

However, my MVP vote goes for Foster without a doubt.
I think the coaches will see it different though.

EBAL MVP – The best player this year is Foster, Granada, no doubt. Unfortunately for him, the majority of MVPs come from the league champion. Having said this, I think Cal’s Fagenson should be the MVP. He creates havoc from the outside and inside. Danielson has been able to make some runs behind Fagenson because Fagenson and Rivas have been drawing so much attention. Bernardi is a good player but he has not dominant nor put many balls in the net. I think in order to be the MVP you have to be clearly dominate in your position.

It would be nice to see a HAAL sweep on the girls side for the second year. O’dowd has the twins who are both heading to Univ. Washington It should be fun to atch that side.
