   I didn’t recognize this until now, but D1 only sends the top 2 into State??? Unlike last years 4?

   The number of spots advancing to NorCals is based on how many teams are in that division. I believe you need 24 teams to get four NorCal berths and a couple schools enrollment dropped to send them down to Div. II this year, leaving Div. I with I believe 22 schools. That’s going to make the Div. I tournament that much more competitive this year, at least on the boys side (I think for the girls we pretty much know who the top two teams are).
