Before this question starts rolling in, I wanted to let everybody know that there will NOT be any television coverage for Saturday’s CIF NorCal championship games at Power Balance Pavilion (formerly Arco Arena) or Folsom High. Nothing on tape delay, nothing on the internet. No TV coverage. Audio coverage should be available at www.kbcsports.com.
But we will have blog coverage for all the games involving East Bay teams in Sacramento. I will be up there all day and get the blogging started at 10 a.m. with the girls Division III game between Bishop O’Dowd and Sacramento. I will then turn the blog over to correspondent and former BANG-EB staffer Steve R. Waterhouse, who will blog the boys Division III game between Bishop O’Dowd and El Cerrito. We’ll break for the Division II games and then Steve will bring you the action from the Division I girls game between Berkeley and Carondelet and the Division I boys game between Castro Valley and De La Salle. I may chime in here and there during those other games, but I’ll be covering O’Dowd-El Cerrito and Castro Valley-De La Salle for print so I’ll be a bit tied up.
We’ll get the Twitter feeds going so we can get any updates we can from the games over at Folsom. Judging from year’s past, internet is not provided at Folsom High so we won’t have anyone logged into a computer so we’ll be fully reliant on Twitter for those games from Folsom.
