They played James Logan down to the wire and almost got the win on Wednesday. They also fairly easily defeated Alhambra on Saturday. If they play their A game they could be tough in the playoffs. We will see.

Pinole beat Alhambra 5-3 in 11 innings. Alhambra tied it at 1 in the bottom of the 7th. Both scored 2 in the 9th and Pinole got a clutch 2 trike, 2 out hit in the top of the 11th to make it 5-3. Alhambra got 2 runners on but couldn’t score.
