Im bored so I looked something up …
SL vs BCS Teams 9-13 with 7 wins vs Castro Valley. And two wins came from 2005 teams …
So do they have coaching or is it just talent ?

Barnes is young and will learn each year as the Dons will improveve sleep on them and u already no the outcome..

Is Thompson no longer there? I find it hard to believe this to be true when people only mention Perenon. When people fail to mention Thompson it just leads me to believe that these claims are made based on hype because of what one person did at a private school in a city filled with talent..

HAAL is not a very good league…

The level of the athletes is great but the coaching is just horrible (not all, but in most cases)

Arroyo, Hayward, and San Lorenzo especially… any success in the last 5 years at these schools has been 100% talent related, they have won IN SPITE of their coaching, not because of it.

Barnes isnt nearly the coach he thinks he is.

Sky Walker or should I say coach “lol” did Barnes upset you in any way. U seem to be very upset with the Arroyo football program or is it because there no longer talking about SL and your kids are leaving the team because of you and your Head Coach. Yes we all no and next year they will all be gone and you guys will return back to the bottom of the HAAL where you belong. my haal predictions:
1. hayward- they didnt look good at the scrimmage but getting better quick
2. Bishop O’Dowd- they have alot of talent and a very good coach the championship will be decided when they play hayward
3. San Leandro- always a factor in league but they are not what they used to be in the haal
4. Mt Eden- coach perenon will have those boys ready to play this season, they are TREMENDOUSLY better than past years
5. Castro Valley- could even finish higher, they do have alot more talent this year as they have transfers from other schools
6. Arroyo- They are not as good as they could be, has very good players on the team but the coaching isnt there
7. Tennyson- never really a factor in the haal, but who knows maybe they will surprise this year. however, i doubt it

Chalktalk, How can Arroyo win the HAAL if Barnes is still running his “Bend, break,and bang out our pillowy a$$” defense? 61 points to a 5-5 Hayward team? Can I get a copy of his defense so that when things are slow around the office I can break it out and laugh my a$$ to tears?
