San Ramon Valley’s Zach Kline and De La Salle’s Bart Houston have been named as two of the 24 final participants in the ESPN Rise Elite 11 quarterback camp.
The Elite 11 camp is one of the most prestigious camps for signal-callers, and the final round will take place from July 18-22 at Pepperdine University.
The camp used to be for the Top 11 incoming senior quarterbacks in the country, but this year the field has expanded to 24. ESPN will tape the camp, and show it in August.
Competing in the camp is yet another feather in the cap of the two heralded recruits. Kline is headed to Cal in 2012, and Houston has pledged to Wisconsin. ESPN analyst Trent Dilfer will lead the coaching staff that Kline and Houston get to work with.
