Well, I’m on the ground in Florida and ready to get cracking with some coverage of the De La Salle-St. Thomas Aquinas game. While I don’t have much to humor you with now, I will have some coverage tomorrow.
I have a couple previews going into tomorrow’s paper, so be sure to check those out (hint, don’t just look in the sports section). We also plan to have the very first 2011 Pigskin Geek episode up on Friday morning in advance of the game. So, be sure to check that out.

Hot as hell here! Muggy too! If you are around tomorrow, the DLS folks will be at Bokamper’s in Plantation around 7 or so, come by and one of us will buy you one or two cold ones!

We have a good amount of folks traveling, DLS bookstore sold out of tickets..i talked to a local and they are expecting a capacity crowd tomorrow…4,500 +…i think humidity is going to be a factor for our boys tomorrow. Hopefully, they acclimate quickly…no rain so far, none that i saw, maybe a few sprinkles overnight, that’s about it!

DLS has a tough task. I see florida winning by atleast 21 points against the spartans.
