The Diablo Valley College men’s basketball team (11-1), ranked No. 3 in the state, will host top-ranked Citrus-Glendora (12-0) at 5 p.m. Wednesday in Pleasant Hill. The Vikings moved up to No. 3 after winning the West Valley Tournament title, as DVC’s Raphael Carter was named tournament MVP and guard Brian Goins made the all-tourney team. Goins leads the Vikings averaging 17.8 points a game. Brandon Parga (25.9 ppg) and James Walker (25.4 ppg) pace Citrus.
