Last year it was listed as All-NCS (East Bay/North Bay). This year it is confusing because you already wrote about the All-East Bay teams last month. Many water polo players have been looking for the All-NCS list. We are happy to see it posted though. Thank you.

Yes, they are the same thing. The email I receive calls them the All-East Bay/North Bay teams every year so I think that is the official name.
