Looks like Dougherty Valley is going to have to do well in Las Vegas to get some love from the CC Times sportswriters; knocking off Flexen and Newark is not enough.

Cal is 3-1 in EBAL play, and only lost to SRV when the Wolves scored 2 in the bottom of the 7th to win 4-3. They also beat Newark 4-3 on the field earlier this year, but had to forfeit due to a temporarily ineligible player. They are at the Valley Christian Tourney this week in SJ, but return next week to face #5 MV and #7 Foothill in league play. That should determine whether or not they belong in the top 15.

@ Pride Fan – Perhaps you should set your sights a little lower, like maybe getting just one vote first. Then again, it must just kill you when it is not either football or basketball season.
