Have to speak up for the 2 schools in Alameda. How does Alameda and Encinal not make ncs. Alameda was in the championship game against Castro valley and lost 3-2. Alameda beat some very strong teams. And for Encinal, they battle with D-1 and D-2 teams and split with BOD. They went extra inning and lost to Acalanes 4-3. Encinal beat st.joe’s 14-00 and st joe’s beat Hercules twice 8-7 and 14-0. How can you pick Hercules and Albany over Encinal. Also, Alameda high destroyed San Lorenzo and you guys still pick San Lorenzo over Alameda. Who ever pick pick the ncs should not be involved with the ncs anymore.

@ oh yeah….First of all congrats to Concord but why take a shot at Alhambra? Alhambra should be applauded for playing up to face better teams in the NCS. They had a great season and came up just short against Petaluma.

Also, Alhambra won’t being going away anytime soon. I saw them play 3 times this year and they are a good, young team. Their SS is one of the best players I have see.

Again, congrats to Concord.

Oh Yeah… Great games this weekend! Amador Valley goes down, not a big deal. Logan has an awesome team. Concord, OH YEAH! Maybe next time these so called experts won’t put so much hype into one team, the one in the 94553. I am very happy for CHS, pushed down all year due to lack of competition. They stepped up… Maybe they give CHS some love sometime. Petaluma, very good team (great pitcher), had some bad breaks today.

Weird, D3 finals in San Marin, with San Marin as one of the teams. I thought it was to be at a neutral site…

Heartbreaking loss for the Dons. A hair away from being undefeated and #1 in all the land and it just slipped away in the last inning of the year.

Sounds like a great game played by both sides. Just to be a part of it would be special.
