O’Dowd’s Bostick commits to San Diego State

Bishop O’Dowd High girls basketball player Ariell Bostick orally committed to San Diego State today.
The 5-foot-2 senior is the starting point guard for the Dragons, who are defending California Interscholastic Federation Division III state champions. Bostick, who averaged 10 points, five assists and 4.7 steals last year for O’Dowd, said she picked San Diego State over Pacific.
Bostick joins O’Dowd teammates K.C. Waters (Cal) and Breanna Brown (Virginia Tech) in making a commitment to a Division I program. Teammate Oderah Chidom, considered the top prospect in Northern California in the 2013 class, is still undecided.

Congrats to miss bostick and the rest of the lady dragons. They are a very talented group of young ladies. I hope all the Bay Area kids signing scholarships this fall go on to do great things in college.
