He inherited a program that was the dregs of the state and turned it into a bowl team in three short years. They went 4-6 his first year, 6-4 his second, and now they are conference champs and 7-3. He told me the third year’s been the charm with all his teams, McClymonds, Berkeley, and CCC.

There are far less choices for players who want to continue playing past their high school days.
