KFC…I must laugh at your assessment of Carondelet. Livermore lost its two best players…one for basically 70 of the 80 minutes…and the other for about 20 minutes, not 10. Carondelet is 1-5 in EBAL because they are young and play kickball. If you think kickball looks “pretty damn good” then…I guess they did look good. LOL.

Interesting result for Clayton Valley. Ygnacio Valley is back in the hunt for a league title. When is the last time a team other than College Park or Clayton Valley has won the DVAL?

CVCHS scored on a late corner kick to beat CP 1-0. The keeper for CVCHS is very athletic and did a superb job stopping shots all night from attacking Falcons. The goal was one of the few opportunities CVCHS had in the match. CVCHS defense made it count by playing a full house in the box to protect the keeper. The two teams play again in the season finale Feb. 5th.

hey Matt..were you there? yes there were a few unfortunate injuries to white and poona (she was back after 10 minutes) but the fact is that the EBAL is up for grabs…..carondelet looked pretty damn good

Livermore suffered a tough and painful 1-0 loss against Carondelet on Thursday. Cowboys’ standouts Audrey Walke and Pooja Patel suffered injuries in the first half. Walke went to the hospital after suffering a bad ankle sprain and is possibly out for season.

Interesting watching the normal EBAL battles. As usual, as the league season starts, the 8 EBAL teams beat each other up. Similar to last season when the EBAL went 27-5-6 (0.789) versus non-EBAL NCS D1 teams, EBAL went 21-6-5 (0.734)this season.

Geez…SRV goes 6-0 over Amador??? Crazy. Carondelet gets a first EBAL win over Livermore…should make for an interesting match up Saturday between these two .
