Olympian Track and Field clinic on February 2

A large number of notable track and field athletes and coaches, including long jump world record holder Mike Powell and Olympic gold medalists Stephanie Brown-Trafton (discus) and Andre Phillips (400-meter hurdles), will be special guests and clinicians at the Willie Davenport Olympian Track and Field Clinic at James Logan High on Feb. 2.
It is a learn-by-doing clinic for all ages. Registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and the clinic will take place from 9 to 4 p.m. The fee for individuals is $20, $10 for youth 10-years-old and younger, and $500 for teams of 50-plus.
