Pinole Valley’s Jessica Rogers sinks very long game-winner

Check out this game-winning shot by Pinole Valley High freshman Jessica Rogers from behind half court, as the Spartans beat Excel Academy-Stockton 51-50 on Jan. 21. Rogers had 20 points, six assists, five steals and five rebounds in the victory.

There it is. What a great shot. There had to be only a second or 2 left when she caught the ball. You can hear the other coach yelling not to foul her. Was this a varsity game?
