Soccer season is set to start this week, therefore I have put together a pre-season ranking.
Things will definitely start to sort themselves out, so this should at least make for some good conversation.

Andrew Wiedeman, a 2007 graduate of California High School and current standout on the UC Berkeley men’s soccer team, was named a pre-season All American by the magazine Soccer America.
In his sophomore season, Wiedeman was voted by NCAA coaches as an All American after scoring 29 points, which included 12 goals, four of them game-winners.
Wiedeman and the Bears are ranked No. 7 in the pre-season poll after going 12-4-5 a season ago and reaching the Sweet Sixteen of the College Cup.
The Bears start the year on the road against Georgetown on Sep. 4.

As if going 23-1, winning the North Coast Section’s 3A title and being one of the top ranked teams in the United States wasn’t enough.
