OK everyone, Jimmy and I are human, so we’re wrapped up in the Giants playoff run along with everyone else in the Bay Area. As a result, we’re moving our regularly scheduled Prep Corner Live football chat this week.

And, we’re trying something new. This time, we’re going to host it Friday at noon. We’re going to try to build a little gameday buzz by doing it. I hope you’ll join us then.

The Geeks checked into their hotel in sunny Torrance, CA, just a little more than a half hour ago. Their room includes an impressive view of both the 405 and 110 freeways, as well as the Home Depot Center. It’s time to talk state bowl games. We’ll see you at 2 p.m.

The Geeks are at Folsom High today and will be running a live chat with updates of the Pittsburg-Granite Bay showdown at 2 p.m., commentary off the De La Salle-Don Bosco broadcast, and more updates during the late game between California and Del Oro. We’ll get this started on or around 2 p.m.
