Allard in Under Armour All-American game

I’m getting to this a little late, but figured it was noteworthy nonetheless. Today is the Under Armour All-American softball game at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. And, as she did last year, recent Deer Valley grad Emily Allard is participating. Allard is set to attend Northwestern in the fall.

I’ll post results from the game tomorrow.

NCS Baseball/Softball seeding day

Hey everyone. I know you’re probably expecting a live blog from the NCS seeding meeting since that’s normally our custom, but today we’re going to try the more laissez-faire approach. Since it’s a closed-door meeting, we’d just be sitting outside the NCS offices anyway, so when they post the brackets online, I’ll post them on here for everyone to see. Also, check tomorrow’s paper for a recap of the seeds and what they mean. Normally the seeds get posted mid-afternoon, so we can all wait together.
