Free Foreclosure Listings?

At least that’s what at least one poster on patrick.net said. Here’s the link to foreclosurepoint.com.

Several people call and write me monthly on a listing, so here is what so many people want to see. However, I don’t know if this is a come-on or the real deal. Write and tell me if it’s really free and worth the registration!

I checked the site, prefer not to register, there’s a ‘premium’ option you pay for.

Not sure this will give buyers anything a good realtor will not already know.

But, more information is always a good thing.

JB is correct - this site doesn’t provide any information that a Realtor will not already have access to. However, for home buyers and investors looking to do some research on their own, the free portions of the site are nice (the fact that it is free and provides the complete street address puts it a step ahead of RealtyTrac). The site does require you to signup as a premium member (for a fee) to get access to information like the auction date, tax details, parcel number and current status of the property … so, it’s not the end-all-be-all of foreclosure sites yet.

True, but I get requests every day “How do I get foreclosure listings?” so this at least is some place I can send people.

    Thanks!
