(FTC, ETC, SJHTC). All of them accept either cash
or Fastrak (for which there is a modest discount).
They charge $1 in transponder rent each month,
waiving it for any transponder used for at least
$25 in tolls.

The 91 Express Lanes on the Riverside Freeway
(CA 91) are operated by the Orange County
Transportation Authority. Because they are only
part of an existing freeway, they can operate
transponder-only (and do so).
