One of the saddest parts of leaving the Bay Area was shutting it down, and I couldn’t think of two people I’d rather see doing this than HRH and my former partner-in-transportation coverage.

They promoted the idea that drivers should keep right and let people pass safely, at least for a certain portion of the calendar.

As for sobriety, these guys are also in favor of limiting blood-alcohol content laws so that should tell you something. They are basically in favor of deregulating driving.
