All of this is twice as ugly because AC squandered the parcel tax money immediately after the election buying more of the euro trash buses which are inellible for Fed co-payments because there is no US worker input.

AC Transit receives far lower per-rider subsidies than other Bay Area systems. I suggest those unhappy with AC Transit’s finances take their complaints to the MTC – though of course we’re not represented on it.
