The state furloughs are B.S. too. They can impose fair share taxes on the oil companies and end contractors hired by the state and that would close the gap. Instead the Governor CHOOSES to mess with regular workers by cutting their pay thus prolonging the recession and reducing taxes paid by reducing state employees gross pay.
