In a week, the El Sobrante area will be effectively cut off from BART with no way to get to Orinda or Richmond stations. I don’t see budget cuts or labor unions as an excuse when it’s their own bad planning. They keep giving Transbay riders service that could be obtained on BART, while we lose our only connection to the rest of our county. Also, they are still running for re-election, meaning they see nothing wrong with reaping more of our tax dollars while giving us nothing in return.
