Oh man, I can’t wait. After nearly two years at The Argus, I’ve finally hit the big time: John Dutra’s house party. I grew up in a pretty rich town, but I’ve never been inside the home of someone who could afford his own campaign ads on CNN. I still don’t know how Corbett beat him.

The only thing I admire more than Dutra’s business smarts and address – which, by the way, I was asked not to disclose – is his hairline. No talk of recession when it comes to Mr. Dutra.

Anyway, the party’s in honor of Mayor Bob Wasserman, and our coverage probably won’t be in print until Saturday, so I’ll give an update later today.
