Immigrant Rights Group Upset With Fremont PD

Something the Fremont police department did last Friday has immigrant rights attorneys angry, NBC11′s Damian Trujillo reported.On Friday, Fremont police responded to complaints by Home Depot and cited about 15 people for loitering.Detective Bill Veteran told NBC11, “As a matter of courtesy, we alert (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) when we conduct” these kinds of operations.Mark Silverman with the Immigrant Legal Resource Center told NBC11 alerting ICE may have been unconstitutional.The Legal Resource Center in San Francisco said it has high-powered law firms that represent the Googles and Yahoos of Silicon Valley and those law firms will investigate to see if constitutional law was violated and immigrant rights groups will look into other legal options. “Our preference would be not to file litigation, rather have conversations with the city of Fremont,” Silverman said.Veteran said last Friday members of his department held a sting of day workers who congregate at a nearby Home Depot, looking for work. Veteran said some of them harass customers and drink in public.The Fremont Police Department cited the workers for trespassing and arrested 12 of them because they carried no ID, Veteran said.Police took 13 people to the Santa Rita Jail so they could be properly identified, Veteran said.
San Francisco Sanctuary
On Thursday San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, police Chief Heather Fong and other city officials launched an $83,000 campaign to help immigrants feel safe and encourage them to use city facilities. The campaign is meant to take a 1989 City of Refuge ordinance to the next level by advertising through bus stops, radio and billboards in different languages that immigrants should feel comfortable doing things like enrolling their children in school or filing a police report. Fong said that although some immigrants might be scared to report crimes, police do not report illegal immigrants to the federal government unless necessary and police are required to find translators for those who speak other languages. “All of us know people who are in our community who don’t speak English,” she said. “We need to be there to support them.” Newsom said San Francisco is only one of a number of major cities in the U.S. considered a sanctuary city and he has no problem being open about comforting immigrants.”We’re just a little different,” said Newsom. “We’re just a little more honest.” A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said these situations come up frequently. “We all embrace our heritage as a nation of immigrants, but we’re also a nation of laws,” said ICE spokeswoman Lori Hayley. “We understand local law enforcement has a different mandate than we do.” Campaign brochures and other advertisements will be available in languages such as Cantonese and Russian through August for an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 undocumented residents of San Francisco.
Opponents of the campaign say it attracts illegal immigrants to the city, which encourages breaking the law.

I believe self serving attorneys will destroy this nation. There is scripture that says, there’ll be a time when evil will be touted as good, and good will be considered as evil. Folks, we’re living in those times right now. When a law abiding citizen’s rights are overturned for an illegal, we’re in big trouble. The government/corporate marriage are protecting illegals over it’s legal, taxpaying citizens. The legal citizens are paying the government to stab themselves in the back. Folks, we are enslaved to some laws made by dishonest, lack of conscience legislature. They serve only corporate business. We are allowing illegal people to come in and rape us, sometimes literally, steal from the tax coffers, when the rest of us are struggling to make ends meet. We’re importing impoverished people who are a burden to the society, by paying their medical, education, and housing, without them paying a dime. We are and have been for a long time, governed by self serving people. Folks, we have become a socialistic/communist nation , the enemy has incrementally led us into this enslaving system. We have to turn this nation back to a Godly nation, ran by Godly people, instead of the rat infested self serving attorneys and corrupted corporate/government.
Some people may say I’m selfish….I am not, just using common sense. A country has to sanely sustain their population with common sense. The enemy (Satan) likes to cause confusion, cause racial strife, friction. We will become a third world country very soon by government/corporate greed….and who will pay, the legal American citizen. I ask you, instead of the corporates wanting the illegals here for cheap labor, why haven’t they pushed for outsourcing to Mexico…like other greedy corporations around the world? The answer is simple they want to destroy this Christian nation. They must destroy the sovereignty of this nation, so as to complete the “beast”, the one world economic/legal system…which will enslave us on a world scale.

As a new contractor and long time DIYer, I used to frequent HD alot. As a woman, I was the recipient of some rude/obscene gestures from day laborers as I drove into the parking lot. A wallflower I’m not but it did make me uncomfortable to do business with HD – especially when the parking lot was full and I had to park further out. While I haven’t shopped at the Fremont HD, I fully support the Fremont PD’s response to contact ICE. If the day laborers are here legally, fine, if not, they must go and by any means necessary including through the notification of ICE. It’s not “unconstitutional” – it’s federal immigration law and it is being broken. All police departments have the duty to enforce all the laws – not overlook them. Fremont PD did what they were supposed to by notifying ICE and I support and commend them for that.

I find it revealing that when the subject of illegal aliens is brought up the media only allows the voice of illegal aliens or those who profit from illegal aliens to be heard. When you look in the mass media you see the glaring absence of the voice of the working class.The media is owned by the rich, the political class is owned by the rich,and the rich have decided to not only to illegally import cheap labor,drug cartels,poverty, and communicable diseases,they’ve decided to import fascism. They ignore the overwhelming demands of the people, They have decided to exclude the working families from having a voice in self determination.There is no free press there is no government by the people, and no issue illustrates this more than that of illegal aliens. With the aid of the media the rich have lied about, suppressed, mislead, and distorted the facts about the disastrous effects of this invasion and the real goals behind it.The people the poor and the working families do feel the effects they do see their future in America, and they do see how the bourgeoise have traded their citizenship and the republic for hand full of silver. San Francisco opens it’s arms to illegals and demands the working people of the whole nation subsidizes a domestic class for the rich of northern California, and subsides the real war on America.

I applaud the Fremont Police. I condemn & boycott the lawless city of San Francisco. It’s time to toss Newsome & his conspiring ilk in jail where they belong. When is the federal government going to do what’s right? It’s obvious they only prefer easy pickings. Cowards!!

I have observed lawyer Silverman several times and he advocates rights for the undocumented who have broken the laws of this nation by trespassing over our border. I would just once like to hear lawyer Silverman have some sympathy for the American workers who have lost their jobs, had their social sevices cut back, and had the quality of their childrens education destroyed. How about advocating for the rights of law abiding Americans Mr. Silverman?

There are people reaching into public coffers to help themselves. Newark School District for example, one of their board members requested reimbursement for a conference …..in Paris. Okay, the person had the audacity to ask for room and board reimbursement for the spouse as well. This actually was questioned by check signers, but when they were threatened, the signer signed off on it. Seems this board member voted for this check signer to be put in the current position, a post that the signer has recently departed from. It ain’t much but these people don’t even realize their stealing from the kids, stealing from the future of California, thieves. This is small time, imagine, at the City level, State level and Federal level what’s going on. One favor for another, it’s ridiculous.
