Given the numbers of women who shop I would have guessed there are at least as many middle aged women using plastic bags as men. I in fact do use carrier bags and so do my daughters. On behalf of myself and all the other conscientious men thanks for more garbage Matt.

Did you really expect anything different, then taking no action, from the present Fremont City Council.
WE NEED A CHANGE
Perhaps we do need a Charter City and a full time Mayor. The present council only seems to represent DEVELOPERS, IE Patterson Development, Cisco Field and the 3,000 homes.
