(John Weed,  510-651-1885, cell phone; or jhweed@aol.com). I am the owner of the Niles Banquet Hall, through Niles Properties, Inc.  of which I am the sole owner.  I have owned this property since 1995.  In the 13 years prior to the tragic incident of February 16, 2008, there had not been a single call the Fremont Police Department for a violent act at this property.  I sincerely appreciate all comments and suggestions on the current status and future of the Hall.  The Use Permit was issued in 1972, and amended in 1975.
