I don’t know about that Andrew M. Obama has a tough time with the 2nd Amendment, and would like to ban the sale and use of semi-automatic handguns in the United States. Doesn’t sound like “honoring the Constitution” to me! Remember Andrew M., “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Remember Obama, “I swear to protect and defend the United States Constitution.”

And lets not talk about his unconstitutional support (and vote) for the Bailout(s)! Being a Constitutional Law Professor and a Senator, he should know that money bills never originate in the Senate, they’re supposed to come from the House of Reps.
