Fremont’s first baby of 2009 is being born as I write. It’s a C-section, just like me. Not a very spontaneous start to the new year.
Things were a little different in Castro Valley, where baby Maurice couldn’t wait to shoot out into the world the old fashioned way. He was born at 12:22 a.m. at Eden Medical Center.
