A couple of months ago voters outside the Tri-City area  passed Measure VV so AC Transit wouldn’t have to make major cuts. Well, they’re talking about making cuts and raising fares.

The transit agency will hold a special meeting Wednesday morning in which the board will consider raising fares by 25 cents. They are also considering service reductions. Good thing no one here rides the bus.
