The forth house from the tracks (3654 Kay Ct.) on the south side has that “I’ve given up yard work for meth” look. But it was purchased in 2008. WaMu stopped giving no-down 500k mortgage loans to unemployed meth addicts mid-2007.

There’s 3647 Kay Ct. This is the second house from the tracks on the north side of Kay. Overgrown shrubbery in the front facilitate the private life required by the paranoid meth head. Though you say the “owners and residents” will be forced out, so not renters? It was purchased in 1978 inferring the owners are in their 60′s. If you’re smoking meth, you dont live to 60.

Sounds just like some of the neighbors on my street, in an otherwise nice neighborhood. Mine even add public urination to their repertoire. Good on for the City doing this abatement; they should do many more, if their budget allows it. I’m sure the other residents in the area are mightily relieved to be rid of these goofs.
