As a kid I could reach the rim with a standing jump, but I never could dunk a basketball. I think it had a lot to do with being totally uncoordinated as a teen. It took the navy teaching me to march to a cadence before my feet would actually go where my brain wanted them to go.

No one ever dunked over me though.
