Fremont says not charging so much for Festival of India

Last week, I was told the city is charging $52k for this weekend’s Festival of India.
City folks emailed me to say that the real number is $41,754.
They also said that in 2007, the charge was a bit more than $49k.
I’m on vacation so no more posts from me till next week.
