3:45 P.M. UPDATE: OFFICER HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS TODD YOUNG. HE WAS SHOT IN THE GROIN AND PELVIS AND NEEDED 60 PINTS OF BLOOD, ACCORDING TO THIS STORY.
UPDATE: OFFICER IS STILL IN ICU LISTED IN CRITICAL BUT STABLE CONDITION. POLICE HAVEN’T RELEASED HIS NAME.
