Benefit for injured Fremont officer

The owner of Vida Y Vino Wine Bistro is holding a fundraiser and maybe a blood drive for Todd Young, the officer, who was shot in Oakland. The event is scheduled for 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the bistro, 43808 Christy Street.
