They don’t include Chinese representation in the Democratic Party in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Shame to them to be called as Democrats. Same case with the Fremont City Council Commissions.

They did not endorse the community leader of Fremont Sue Chan of Chinese decent in 2008 Council elections, instead they endorsed the disreputable Trishah. They did not endorse Garett YEE, for Ohlone Trustee for 2010, even though they had two endorsements,they endorsed Jan only.Jan is the Secretary of Tri Cities Democratic Party. Before her nomination she should have
resigned from the position. They are a disgrace to the Democratic Party. In future they should count the ballots in front of the media.
